Audi Brussels is a production site located at the heart of Europe and part of the Audi Group. We started to produce the A1 in 2010. As of 2018, Audi Brussels is the very first Audi-site to produce an all-electric car, the Audi e-tron, but also its high voltage battery.

To strengthen the Real Estate engineering team, we are looking for an experienced electrical project leader with a clear understanding of construction techniques and building technologies.

Function

  • You are responsible for the design and implementation of new construction, transformation or renovation projects, considering costs and the usual Audi standards.
  • As part of a team of project engineers, you manage and monitor these projects from the conception to the realization, ensuring that deadlines and budgets are respected.
  • You coordinate and evaluate design companies and suppliers and ensure effective communication. You draw up specifications, examine and compare offers and make appropriate recommendations.
  • Your task includes on the one hand the preparation of specifications (procedures, regulations) for the construction sites, and on the other hand the supervision of the site, including the control of the respect of safety rules and procedures.
  • You investigate technical problems and provide appropriate assistance on the field.

Profile

  • You have a master degree in an electricity related field or equivalent by experience.
  • You have at least 3-5 years experience in project management and coordination in an industrial environment within a design office or the engineering department of an installer.
  • Knowledge of the RGIE, Belgian infrastructure standards and software for the preparation of bills of quantities is required.
  • You have excellent IT skills (MS Office, MS Project).
  • You are technically driven, committed and have a strong sense of responsibility.
  • You are fluent in French and/or Dutch and German. Knowledge of English is also important.
  • You are flexible and open to taking on local as well as international projects in other Audi plants.
