Audi Brussels is a production site located at the heart of Europe and part of the Audi Group. We started to produce the A1 in 2010. As of 2018, Audi Brussels is the very first Audi-site to produce an all-electric car, the Audi e-tron, but also its high voltage battery.

The assembly department is responsible for the construction and fitting out of the vehicles produced once they have come from the paint department. Commissioning, testing, maintenance, reliability improvement and optimisation of technical equipment and all installations are part of the assembly department's tasks for the smooth running of the process. The construction of new installations and renovation projects are also the responsibility of this department.

Function

• You will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance in the areas of electricity, robots, automation and transport technology.
• You will draw up intervention reports.
• After analysis, you propose improvements to increase the reliability of components and installations, if necessary, you cooperate directly with the engineer.
• You work as an electromechanic in a team, together with other maintenance technicians specialised in other fields.
• You will ensure quality and volume while observing basic safety rules.

Profile

• You have a technical secondary diploma in electromechanics or electrical automation and have basic mechanical knowledge.
• You have knowledge of automation via PLC control, low voltage and relay technology as well as electrical diagrams.
• You are able to work independently and take responsibility (night shift).
• You are flexible (weekends, annual closure, overtime, training abroad, etc.).
• You dare to think "out of the box".
• You have an excellent knowledge of French or Dutch. Knowledge of the second language and/or German is an asset.
