Audi Brussels is a production site located at the heart of Europe and part of the Audi Group. We started to produce the A1 in 2010. As of 2018, Audi Brussels is the very first Audi-site to produce an all-electric car, the Audi e-tron, but also its high voltage battery.

As an industrial engineering team, we see ourselves as a source of motivation for productivity in all areas of production. We work together with our partners in production, finance and human resources as well as with the specialist departments in Ingolstadt within the AUDI brand. Through the continuous development of our professional expertise, we develop technical and ergonomic work processes in the production processes. In this way, we create the conditions for efficient productivity management and personnel planning.

Function

• You create time studies for work processes and thus create the conditions for technically standardised work.
• You evaluate production processes with regard to their ergonomic effects and create transparency for a sustainable workplace design.
• You develop concepts for optimising production processes and independently coordinate the development of productivity in your area of responsibility.
• As a productivity specialist, you will regularly participate in internal and external benchmark comparisons.

Profile

• Master in Engineering (or equivalent by experience) with relevant experience in the industrial production sector. You have experience with work analysis, work methods and productivity.
• You have good analytical skills: accuracy and affinity for numbers.
• Knowledge of MS Office programs, with an excellent command of Excel (macro's). Knowledge of SAP is an asset.
• Language skills: French, Dutch and German. You are fluent in at least two languages and are open to learning a third.
