Audi Brussels is a production site located at the heart of Europe and part of the Audi Group. We started to produce the A1 in 2010. As of 2018, Audi Brussels is the very first Audi-site to produce an all-electric car, the Audi e-tron, but also its high voltage battery.

The Personnel Development department aims to develop, transform, monitor and continuously improve processes and procedures in the field of training, competence management, career management, talent identification and development. Our tasks also include "Idea Management", "Associated Teaching", Internal Communication and "Employer Branding".


  • You are the central point of contact between the external market and the internal customer (employees and managers) for all training-related issues, mainly in the area of "automation".
  • You analyse the various training needs and independently develop high-quality training programmes with appropriate learning methods so that the training objectives are achieved within the predetermined schedule.
  • You are responsible for the organisation and coordination of these training programmes and ensure their smooth running, including communication and practical requirements.
  • You will be responsible for the administration of each stage of the process (drawing up specifications, managing tenders, registering in Ecadia, planning, internal and external communication, budget management, invoicing, reporting, etc.), based on our internal system and in accordance with the agreed guidelines.
  • You will work proactively on the continuous improvement of tools, working methods and processes within the team.


  • You have a Master's degree or equivalent through experience. A few years of experience in a production environment and/or in a learning and development environment are an asset.
  • You have a good knowledge of MS Office programs and are able to find your way around computer systems quickly.
  • You are able to work independently and in a structured way, taking into account processes and deadlines, and planning and organisational skills are required.
  • You are flexible and have good social and communication skills.
  • You are fluent in French and Dutch. You are fluent in German or are willing to learn German.
