Infrastructure Project Manager - Construction Engineer

Audi Brussels is a production site located at the heart of Europe and part of the Audi Group. We started to produce the A1 in 2010. As of 2018, Audi Brussels is the very first Audi-site to produce an all-electric car, the Audi e-tron, but also its high voltage battery.

To strengthen the Real Estate engineering team, we are looking for an experienced construction project leader with a clear vision of construction techniques and building technologies who is prepared to lead both local and international projects in other Audi plants.


  • You will pursue the planning and development of infrastructure facilities within Audi plants, with the main task of leading these projects from concept to implementation.
  • You will play a coordinating role at the operational level for the design of technical infrastructure equipment, with a focus on efficiency, innovative techniques and the environment.
  • You draft and update framework contracts and define execution standards for Audi Brussels.
  • You will manage the study assignment from design to delivery and handover to the internal customer. In addition to design, planning and supervision, your tasks will also include advising, supporting and coordinating external design offices and execution companies.
  • Within the framework of CO2 reduction, you will be responsible for researching and implementing new sustainable technologies within our plants.


  • You have a master's degree in construction or equivalent by experience.
  • You have at least 3-5 years of experience in project management and coordination in an industrial environment within a design office or the engineering department of an installer.
  • Knowledge of applicable infrastructure standards, as well as Belgian standards and software for the preparation of measurements is required.
  • You have excellent computer skills (MS Office, MS Project, Microstation).
  • You are technically driven, committed and have a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Language skills: in addition to English, you are fluent in at least two of the three national languages and are willing to learn the third.
  • You are flexible and open to taking on local as well as international projects in other Audi plants.
