Serial Process Analysis Engineer

Audi Brussels is a production site located at the heart of Europe and part of the Audi Group. We started to produce the A1 in 2010. As of 2018, Audi Brussels is the very first Audi-site to produce an all-electric car, the Audi e-tron, but also its high voltage battery.

You will be responsible for the analysis of product and process problems in different areas of the car. You will work closely with different Audi departments and engineers to solve errors and document, propagate and shape this information.


  • You are responsible for the analysis of problems in the series production of running models and new models to ensure the stability and reliability of their production process.
  • On the basis of appropriate CAD systems, you carry out process and product simulations, testing reality against theory to make the necessary adjustments.
  • When problems are identified during vehicle construction, you analyse them and investigate the cause. In doing so, you collect the necessary information and ensure the implementation of an adequate solution until the problem is solved.
  • To this end, you will work intensively with colleagues from other departments within the company as well as with employees from the Audi and VW group (e.g. technical development, production, logistics, quality).
  • You will use analytical methods and tools as well as measurement techniques to analyse and identify the causes of problems.
  • You will lead cross-functional teams (CFT).


  • You have a master's degree in industrial electronics/mechanical engineering or equivalent through experience.
  • A first relevant experience in an industrial production environment and knowledge of production techniques and product development processes are a plus.
  • You have a strong interest in the automotive sector and good knowledge of automotive technology.
  • You are flexible and open for regular travel abroad.
  • Operational language skills in German are a must, with knowledge of French and/or Dutch.
