Logistics Project Engineer

Audi Brussels is a production site located at the heart of Europe and part of the Audi Group. We started to produce the A1 in 2010. As of 2018, Audi Brussels is the very first Audi-site to produce an all-electric car, the Audi e-tron, but also its high voltage battery.

As a project engineer, you are responsible for planning the processes and the logistics structure of Audi Brussels.During the planning process, you will work with the assembly department and the factory planning department to develop the best possible solution for the supply chain and to represent the logistics objectives in the projects.

Function

  • As part of an international and innovative team, you will support the logistics department in setting up SMART logistics.
  • You model efficient logistics infrastructures.
  • You are responsible for planning internal logistics processes to ensure stable delivery to our production.
  • You provide the necessary logistic equipment, paying attention to innovative technologies such as automatic guided vehicles.
  • You are actively involved in improving and assuring the efficiency of our existing logistic processes.

Profile

  • You have a Master's degree in economics or technical training or equivalent experience.
  • You have an in-depth knowledge of logistics processes and have already worked in a production environment.
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
  • You have strong analytical skills to understand and analyse complex processes and relationships.
  • You are fluent in at least 3 of the following languages: French, Dutch, English and/or German.
